1. Who we are

This website is operated by Vyomora Tech Global Private Limited (“Vyomora”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India with its registered office at Unit 101, Vashi Infotech Park, Sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703, India. Contact: hello@vyomora.com.

2. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. What this site is for

The website describes our product engineering services and published software. Content is for general information. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, or a commitment to deliver a specific product on specific terms.

4. Enquiries, demos and proposals

Submitting the contact form, emailing us or requesting a demo does not create a contract. Any engagement for design, development, hosting, support or licensing starts only when both parties agree in writing (including email) to a proposal, statement of work, order or other contract, including fees and GST as applicable.

5. Intellectual property

Unless a signed contract says otherwise, Vyomora owns the website, branding, copy, graphics and any pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how. Product names such as Curibee and FitBuzz are used to describe software we have built. Client names, data and materials you send us remain yours. Custom work deliverables transfer or are licensed as set out in the relevant contract.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt hosting or security
• Submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content through forms or email
• Scrape, copy or resell site content except as allowed by law or written permission
• Imply a partnership, certification or endorsement we have not given

7. Third-party services

The site may link to Google Play, maps, email or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. No warranty

The website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular decision. Descriptions of apps and case studies are illustrative of work we have done; they are not performance guarantees for a future project.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Vyomora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as stated in that contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. The contact form collects name, email, phone/WhatsApp, project type and message so we can reply about your enquiry.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed project contract.
